Schedule:
Due to there being 4 rounds to properly determine winner and store hours the schedule will be fairly tight. Please arrive in plenty of time to register and assemble your gaming pieces. During matches you will be given periodic time notices.

11:00-11:30 – Registration and best painted voting
11:30-13:30 – Game 1
13:45-15:45 – Game 2
15:45-16:15 – Break
16:15-18:15 – Game 3
18:30-20:30 – Game 4
20:30-20:45 – Players vote for their favourite opponent
20:45-21:00 – Announcements

Players will play 4 games of 2 hours each – which includes setup time. It is therefore important to reach your table on time and to have your army on a transport tray or display board. Best painted voting is also scheduled at the beginning of the tournament to encourage participants to arrive on time and be ready for first game.
